Do my spouse and I need to use Divorce.com together?

For those who are interested in our mediation services, you and your spouse will need to use Divorce.com including attending mediation sessions together to negotiate on key decisions.

For those who are not using mediation services, you are welcome to invite your spouse to join but it is not required.

Either way, you’ll need to reach an agreement with your spouse on details and give your spouse the documents for his or her review. Then you’ll be ready to sign and file!
