Mediator

A mediator is a neutral third party who is trained to calmly address specific areas and help negotiate an acceptable agreement to both parties. They do that through structured sessions on specific topics like custody & visitation, asset and debt division, and spousal/child support. The mediator's job is to help you negotiate agreements that are acceptable to both parties. So that you can finalize your divorce without having to pursue a costly and lengthy legal battle.

If you and your spouse are having difficulty reaching an agreement on one or several decisions, mediation might be a good solution for you. If this is the case, let us know and we can help you add it on to your package. You can also find out more about mediation sessions in the platform.
