Reasons for divorce in Oklahoma

The state of Oklahoma recognizes one type of no-fault divorce which is “incompatibility between the parties.” The state also offers fault-based reasons to file, including adultery, impotence, neglect, alcoholism, abandonment, imprisonment and others. Some of these may have waiting periods imposed upon them.
